  1. Ask yourself what are you holding that is not yours to hold
  2. Find freedom is saying No in a way that works for you 
  3. Expect some resistance but don’t let it deter you, trust the process
  4. Explore Guilt or other complex feelings coming up from beneath the surface 
  5. Give yourself permission to ask for what you want & need, Don’t avoid, Tune in!
