Counselling Services
Individual Therapy
One to one therapy session for adults (18yrs.+) who would benefit from holistic and goal-directed support. Short and long term options available to support individual needs, while space and guidance are provided for you to engage in self reflection, explore strengths, improve relationships, develop healthy boundaries and build coping strategies to manage past and current stressors in your life.
Virtual Care
Live Free offers Virtual Care Sessions for Individuals and families through: Telephone Counselling and Online Video Therapy. Virtual care ensures quality, client centered care without having to leave home. Our Virtual Care Program is centred in: Connection, Comfort and Convenience.
Children & Youth Therapy
Live Free specializes in engaging children & youth (6-18yrs.) in a therapeutic counselling process. Live Free supports children, youth and their families experiencing difficulties at home, school and community. We work with parents and children to explore feelings and develop healthy coping skills to get through difficult times, while ensuring their overall mental health and wellness needs are met to ensure a successful future.
Family Therapy
Therapeutic counselling designed to stabilize families in times of need and crisis. Short-term interventions for family systems, with options for follow-up support to maintain positive changes over time. A multi-systemic approach to moving families forward, while facilitating community referrals as necessary.
Parent Coaching Session
Live Free offers comprehensive supports to parents and guardians of young people. We help strengthen your parenting skills and develop the knowledge necessary to support your child and help them ensure success at home, school and in the community.
