Justine’s integrative approach combines body-based and cognitive modalities within a relational and trauma-informed framework.
Justine is particularly interested in issues related to self-concept, trauma and attachment. She is passionate about the ways in which the nervous system impacts mental health and wellbeing; and as such, offers tools that allow us to work with our bodies to find balance.
With empathic understanding, curiosity and openness, Justine welcomes tuning into the wisdom that both the mind and body hold. She strives to invite all parts of her clients in a way that feels supportive, and is honoured to walk alongside them in their path towards healing, holding space along the way with care.
Justine completed her clinical training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) through the National Centre for Dance Therapy and is certified in trauma integration training.
