Marissa also specializes in working with folks who have experienced race-based trauma and identity related challenges. In her practice, she works from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and client-centered framework utilizing many types of therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and more.
