Tassia Gabbidon is a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in working with Black, Indigenous, and other racialized folks in their healing and spiritual journey. Tassia has a Master of Counselling Psychology degree and advanced expertise in supporting post-secondary students, young professionals and adults in developing creative and collaborative strategies to better cope with life challenges, transitions and more.
Tassia believes in the importance of personal & collective healing through anti-oppressive practices where individuals can explore their lived experiences without fear of judgment and nurture all parts of who they are. Outside of her professional work, Tassia finds joy in spending time with family and friends, immersing herself in music and literature, embarking on adventures through travel and hiking, live sports and meditation.
